We accept most prescription insurance plans, including CVS/Caremark. Your co-pay is the same, regardless of whether you use Cascade Custom Pharmacy or the pharmacy across town, saving you time and money. If you do not have insurance or if for some reason, we do not accept your insurance, we will work with your physician to offer you a lower cost alternative such as a generic or compounded medication. If an alternative is not available, we will offer you a cash discount on your prescription medications. Here are just some of the major prescription insurance plans we currently accept.
- CVS/Caremark
- Pacific Source
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield – Federal Plan
- Aetna
- Providence
- MODA
- Express Scripts
- Optum Rx
- Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield
- Medicare
- AARP
- Humana
- Cigna
- LifeWise
Though not all compounded medications are covered up front, many prescription insurance plans allow for patients to be reimbursed for the cost of their compounded medications. Upon request, we will provide universal claim forms for compounded prescription medications. This form includes all the information needed for your insurance to reimburse you.
